Your relationship, your sleep, your sense of self — all of it is in flux at the same time. That's not a sign you're doing something wrong. That's just what this season is.
What it doesn't have to be is something you white-knuckle through on your own.
I'm Erica — a postpartum care professional and early motherhood support coach. I help new parents build their village, learn to nurture their babies and themselves, and navigate the identity shift that no one talks about enough.

Whether you're days into the newborn haze or several months into your first year, there's a way to work together. The right fit depends on where you are in your postpartum journey — and where you're located.

In-Person Support
Best for: families within the first 16 weeks postpartum, in my service area
Hands-on, in-your-home postpartum doula support for the early weeks. I'm there for the logistics, the hard moments, and the learning curve — so you can focus on recovering and bonding with your baby.
Virtual Coaching
Best for: families past 16 weeks, or outside my service area
A parenthood mentor in your corner — wherever you are. We work through what's actually coming up for you: returning to work, identity shifts, sleep, emotional labor, and more.
