Who I am
Hi, I'm Erica — a mom of two, a postpartum care professional, and a Certified Motherhood Studies Practitioner.
My first postpartum experience was lonely. I was afraid of losing myself to motherhood, so I chased every expert opinion I could find, trying to build an identity that felt like "good enough." It never did. What I didn't realize then was that I'd been trying to become someone else's version of a mother instead of my own.
So I started doing the harder, quieter work — healing, self-discovery, and figuring out what motherhood actually looked like for me, made up of all the parts of who I am. By the time my second child arrived, something had shifted. That postpartum felt nurtured and spacious. Giving myself to caregiving didn't feel like a loss anymore.
Now I help new moms do the same work — without having to figure it out alone.
I offer 1:1 coaching packages, both in-person and virtually, supporting you through the three things I wish someone had helped me with: building your community, learning to nurture both your baby and yourself, and navigating the identity shift that comes with becoming a mother.
Whether you're feeling isolated, uncertain about who you are now, or just trying to find your footing in the first year — you don't have to piece it together by yourself.
