Nurtured Infant Sleep Support
$349
You know you don’t want to sleep train but you don’t know what the alternative actually looks like. The good news is, you don’t have to choose between responding to your baby and getting rest. You can have both.
This isn't about shaming sleep training or the parents who choose it. It's about offering a nurture-first path for the parents who want one.
What This Is
This is responsive, nurture-based sleep support. It’s not a rebrand of sleep training with softer language. No cry-it-out, no night weaning before you're ready, no forcing your baby to sleep solo, and no treating nursing, rocking, or holding your baby to sleep like problems to fix. I work with your instincts, not against them, to find changes that actually fit your family.
How It Works
1-Hour Intake + Custom Plan + 2 Weeks of Support + Follow-up Call | Virtual
First, we rule out red flags that could be affecting sleep, because sometimes there could be underlying reasons for sleep issues. Then we talk through what you actually want to change, and why. This is not what a sleep account told you to want, but what YOU want for your family. From there, we build small, scalable, sustainable changes that fit your real life, without forcing you or baby into a situation before either of you are ready.
Is This The Right Fit?
Nurtured Infant Sleep Support is a great fit if:
You want your baby's sleep to improve, but cry-it-out feels too extreme.
You sleep-trained a previous baby and don't want to repeat that approach, but you don’t know what the alternative is.
You want to keep responding to your baby at night while still building more rest for everyone
You're not sure what your options even are beyond "sleep train or don't sleep"
FAQs
Is this just sleep training with a different name? NO. The plan we build together doesn't rely on letting your baby cry it out or withdrawing your response to them at night. It's built around staying responsive while still making real, sustainable changes.
Will this actually work without cry-it-out? I can't promise a specific outcome for your family. Every baby and every sleep situation is different. What I can tell you is that your individualized plan is built around small, realistic changes tailored to your family and your baby, not a one-size-fits-all method.
What if there's a medical reason my baby isn't sleeping? That's exactly why we start with a red-flag check before building any plan. If something needs a doctor or specialist, we'll talk about that first and work out the next steps together.
What if I need more support after the 2 weeks end? We'll talk about what's next during your follow-up call, whether that's wrapping up or continuing support.
You Get:
A 1-hour intake session to review your baby's sleep, your goals, and what's realistic for your family
An individualized sleep plan built around responsiveness, not forced independence
2 weeks of email support while you put the plan into practice
A 30-minute follow-up call to troubleshoot and adjust
