Virtual Support
Still figuring it out past the fourth trimester? Same, honestly. Let's work through it.
The early weeks get a lot of attention — and they should. But the truth is, the first year of parenthood doesn't get easier just because you've made it out of the newborn phase. It just gets different. New questions, new identity shifts, new things nobody told you were coming.
If you're past 16 weeks, or not in my service area, virtual coaching is how we work together — and it's built for exactly where you are right now.
What This Is
This is parenthood mentoring, not a program you'll half-finish or a generic coaching package with modules you'll never watch.
It's six sessions with someone who has been in the weeds of early motherhood with a lot of families — and who will actually talk through what you're dealing with, in real time.
How It Works
$450 for 6 Sessions | Virtual
Sessions are one-on-one and built around your agenda. Some clients come in with a specific thing to work through. Others just need space to think out loud with someone who gets it. Both are valid.
Topics we might cover:
Returning to work — the logistics, the feelings, all of it
Lactation management after going back to work — because this is harder than anyone warns you
Starting solids — without the internet-induced panic
Identity and the "who am I now?" question — one of the most undertalked parts of new parenthood
Emotional labor and household division — the stuff that quietly builds resentment if you don't name it
Childcare decisions — how to even choose, and how to feel okay about it
Infant sleep challenges — not a sleep training pitch, just a real conversation about what's going on
If something is coming up for you that's not on this list, bring it. We'll figure it out together.
Virtual coaching is a great fit if:
You're past 16 weeks postpartum and still navigating the first year
You're not located in my in-person service area (Kent, Renton, Maple Valley, Newcastle, Bellevue)
You want a thinking partner more than hands-on support
You're dealing with the emotional, identity, or logistical weight of early parenthood and want help sorting through it
If you're in the first 16 weeks and in my service area, in-person support might be the better starting point. Learn more →
Is This The Right Fit?
FAQs
Is this therapy? No. I'm not a therapist, and this isn't therapy. What I offer is practical, grounded coaching from someone who knows this season well and will show up for you in it. If therapy is something you need, I'm genuinely happy to help you find the right person — that's part of the village too.
Do I need to have it together to start? Not at all. If you felt like you had it mostly together, you probably wouldn't be here. Come as you are.
What if I'm not sure what I need to talk about? That's okay. A lot of clients come in without a tidy agenda. We'll start wherever you are and figure it out.
Can I do virtual coaching and in-person support? If you're in my service area and within the first 16 weeks, we'd typically start with in-person support. Virtual coaching is there for what comes next — or for clients who are further along or further away.
You don't have to have the right words or the right questions. Just reach out and we'll take it from there.
