Hi, I’m Erica.

With my first baby, I thought I was prepared. I had read about infant developmental milestones, studied newborn care, and read all the sleep books. What I didn't know was that I was walking into the biggest identity shift of my life with no map and no village, and that both of those things would quietly erode my capacity to show up the way I wanted to for my baby. I didn't know that I needed to be nurtured too. Nobody told me that was even a concept.

By the time my second baby arrived, I knew better. I prepared differently. And that experience, the identity shift into a mom of two, was easier yet more intense than the first, because I let it be. I didn't fight it. I let myself walk all the way through it and come out the other side as someone new.

That's what made me want to do this work. Because you shouldn't have to figure it out the hard way. I hope this guide gives you the map I didn't have.

Want to go deeper?

I’m planning a deep dive into the identity shift that is new motherhood. Real talk, practical tools, and chance to ask your questions. It’s not open yet, but when it is, I want you to be the first to know.
